Hi Ken,

I have been wanting to give you this update for a while, now. Your gift to our family has been such a great blessing, it seems only right that you should hear about what it has allowed us to accomplish.

This May, I graduated with my Associate’s Degree in Nursing, and soon after passed my boards exam to be an RN. I took a job with a local community hospital and started there in mid-June. It’s hard work, and demanding of my time and focus, but I find it rewarding, and the long work days mean more days off so that I can be present with my kids.

Without your gift, we could not have afforded for me to be a full time student long enough to get through this program. It is what allowed me to invest the time and money necessary to now provide for our family’s needs.

Thank you! You and all who contributed through your efforts have made it possible for us to make it through a very tough time to a point of much greater independence and financial stability. I appreciate so much the way you chose to invest in our lives for Mike’s sake.

With deep gratitude,
Rebekah Marshall

Dear Friends and Partners,

Five years ago,  one of the greatest (and most copied) SEO practitioners who ever lived, a wonderful friend, and a thoroughly good man, Michael Marshall, passed away suddenly without warning.

Mike was the breadwinner for his family and his wife Rebekah was left behind with four children from toddler age to junior high.

Thanks to your generosity and the generosity of 447 other members of the System Seminar community, we were able to raise over $50,000 to help Rebekah –  Mike’s wife and the mother of  Abigail, Michaela, Michael, and Jonathan – to help her support her family while she earned a degree in nursing.

Look at what this courageous woman has done with your help!

From the bottom of my heart, thank you for helping us help the family of our dear friend and colleague.

Sincerely,
Ken McCarthy
